7.5.2011 Social Media Monitoring: Finding Relationships

I’m really excited that, after months of work, we’ve finally launched a new whitepaper on measuring relationships of value to a brand in social media.

We began with the hypothesis that relationships with a brand can be found online and that finding these relationships would be critical to determining the value and ROI of social media investments to date.

Too many tools are focusing on the idea of “influence,” which I believe is the wrong paradigm. We need to be looking at relationships. This paper establishes a methodology for doing that.
