20th Century Fox 75th Anniversary →
75 years and these are the best movie posters they could come up with? Walk the Line? Really? Where’s Star Wars?
Preview: Instapaper on iPad →
I’m a huge fan of Instapaper, and I can tell I’m already going to be a huge fan of it on the iPad. It’s the device’s first killer app (that we have seen). And kudos to Marco for making it free to those of us who have already paid for the iPhone/iPod app.
Mac OS X turns 9 →
Happy 9th birthday, Mac OS X. You’ve certainly come a long way.
Adobe releases Lightroom 3 Beta update →
Adobe released a second beta of Lightroom 3. It keeps getting better and better. Looking forward to the release.

Beautiful packaging design, too.

Kosher Coke is once again here for Passover →
I love Kosher Coke. Real sugar instead of HFCS — the way it was meant to be.
James Randi is gay →
James Randi is an admirable guy. I love his post-magician career of debunking myths and supernatural rubbish through the lens of scientific skepticism.
It’s amazing that, at 81-years-old, he has finally found the courage to come out of the closet. Good for him. (via Boing Boing)
Wolf Parade Talk New LP →
I’m psyched that Wolf Parade’s new album may come out in June. Even more psyched that it may be a double album or they may go the LP and an EP route. Awesome.
Jason Calacanis vs. David Heinemeier Hansson on... →
Really interesting debate on business models and work. (via 37 signals)
Foreign Language Movies at the Box Office →
Only nine foreign films have grossed more than $20 million in the U.S.
But I’m even more surprised that Bergman’s Fanny and Alexander made nearly $7 million in the U.S — even though it’s one of my favourite films. (via Jason Kottke)
Ideas vs. Execution →
I like this post by Mitch Joel on the difference between those that do and those that talk.
There are lots of talkers out there throwing around sound bytes without any actual results under their belt.
Nokia Phone Design by Community →
Wow, Nokia… are you that desperate? Do you think design is this simple?
Tweeting Too Hard →
I’m in love with this site. Quite a few massive egos on Twitter that need to be kept in check. :)

Major differences in speed and reliability should be an important factor when deciding which service to use.

So happy to see this. I figured it might be coming when I noticed my local trails popped up on the map a few days ago.

This story is too crazy not to post. Apparently the Prime Minister controlled them with “psychotropic weapons.”

I’m loving this new blog so far.
Booksellers take on Ottawa over Amazon's... →
What are they worried about? That Amazon might force a little competition into this changing market? That brick & mortars will be disadvantaged? That customers will get better prices? They should be!

“All of our products make the cloud better, and the cloud makes our products better.”
Ballmer talks about the cloud as though it’s a living, breathing thing that is going to save his company. Huh?!

I want to own content.
Contrary to what many content owners would like to think, digital media has done wonders for content and is continuing to open the doors to new business opportunities. I like being able to carry thousands of songs in my pocket. I love streaming Netflix movies straight to my Xbox, or watching them on my Apple TV. I love being able to take a photo and share it with dozens of people in a heartbeat....
