Instead of constantly mocking their competitors, perhaps Microsoft should figure out how to make a mobile platform that people actually want to use. It’s not like Windows Mobile is doing well.

I think this is pretty much spot on. There’s an old saying that when you are the market leader — by a long shot — you don’t need to acknowledge your competition. In Microsoft’s case, they have some serious Apple envy and, at times, even act like they’re in second place.
