I’m going to bet that Adobe didn’t attend the Gov 2.0 Summit in Washington DC earlier this fall. If they did, they would have been reminded that developer after developer urged government to make their data open and in machine-readable format. Flash and PDF are quite the opposite, and many of them were quick to paint those technologies as major challenges to the gov 2.0 movement.
